A beautifully finished model of the Mercury capsule Liberty Bell 7, the spacecraft that took the second American (Gus Grissom) into space on July 21, 1961 with the sub-orbital Mercury-Redstone 4 mission. The model features great detail and includes a detachable Launch Escape System assembly and a display stand. Redstone launch vehicle not included!
