This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
The T-6 is a reciprocating advanced training aircraft produced by North American Aviation. At the request of the U.S. Army, the NA-16, which was originally covered with fabric except for the main wing, was made entirely of metal so that it could be equipped with training weapons. There were a large number of orders from the United Kingdom as well as from the United States, and since a factory was built in Texas to respond to this demand, it was nicknamed "Texan." Since it was in production for many years, there are many variations. The LT-6G, which is the inspiration for this kit, was introduced in the Korean War, and was engaged in the Mosquito Mission, which carried an Army reconnaissance officer and wraps around the enemy on the front line to guide combat bombing from a low altitude.
This model kit includes plastic parts made by Academy, a resin part for the antenna, masking stickers for the canopy and wheels, and decals for three versions. Place your order today!
