Description
This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
The F-15DJ (two-seat type) is the aircraft introduced by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force for pilot F-15J fighter single-seat type familiarization training and model conversion training. The first 12 of this aircraft were imported from the United States, but after knockdown production, a total of 48 aircraft were introduced domestically. Many of them are deployed to the 23rd Squadron, a training squadron that trains new Eagle pilots at Nyutabaru Air Base in Miyazaki Prefecture, but a few are deployed to each of the other F-15 squadrons. It is often thought of as a training aircraft because it's a double-seat type, but it has the same combat power as the single-seat J type, and is equipped with the ability to respond to emergencies.
