Description
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
This is a 1/72 scale model of the German Tiger I, which is a German heavy tank from World War II. This particular tank was deployed from 1942 in Africa and in Europe, usually in independent heavy tank battalions. The Tiger I provided the German Army its first armored fighting vehicle that also had an 8.8 cm KwK 36 gun (not to be confused with the 8.8 cm Flak 36). Only 1,347 were ever built. After August 1944, production of the Tiger I was phased out in favor of the Tiger II.
The Model Kit 999 series is a plastic model that uses an adhesive that allows for easy assembly of parts. The base color of the model allows for it to be easily colored, which can then be finished off with the decals provided within the kit.
