The Boxer MRAV is a versatile wheeled armored vehicle introduced in 2009. It was jointly developed by Germany and the United Kingdom as a successor to the M113, which had been active until then. A major feature is that its structure is divided into a drive platform-based chassis and a replaceable mission module, enabling excellent productivity and flexible operation according to tactics. The advanced production A0 type was introduced in 2009, the main production type A1 was introduced in 2011, and the A2 type made its debut in 2015. It weighs 36.5 tons in battle weight, with a length of eight meters. Equipped with an eight-cylinder diesel engine, its power is transmitted to the undercarriage of an eight-wheel independent suspension full-time eight-wheel drive, demonstrating excellent running performance.
