Description

This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

The Fairchidld C-123K/UC/123B/K Provider was used during the U.S. military's Operation Ranch Hand, when defoliants were sprayed on jungles and crops during the Vietnam War. It was originally developed as an assault glider; its high wings, rear cargo door that doubles as a ramp, and main landing gear installed on the bulge of the fuselage made it ideal to transport cargo. The K type had a jet engine under the outer wing for auxiliary thrust. The UC-123 was equipped with spray nozzles on the main wings and the rear of the fuselage.

The defoliating agent spray nozzle and tank are new to this kit; includes decals for four versions. Order yours today!
