Description
This is an injection-plastic airliner model kit.
First flown in 1934, the DC-2 was a revolutionary aircraft in air transport alongside its contemporary, the Boeing 247. Featuring an all-metal construction, retractable landing gear, and variable-pitch propellers, it is considered the forerunner of modern transport aircraft.
The kit includes newly designed 3D-printed parts and five sets of airliner decals: one each for the U.S., Japan, and Czechoslovakia, and two for Australia.
When completed, the model measures approximately 265mm in length and 360mm in wingspan.
A dedicated masking seal set for painting is also available separately.
