Description
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
Traveling vehicles are indispensable to the military as one of the ways to increase mobility of infantry. Various types of armored vehicles have been developed and operated in each country; one wheeled armored vehicle developed by Australia is the Bushmaster. It was developed based on a design from Timoney Technology of Ireland. The 7.2 liter 6-cylinder diesel engine is equipped with a turbocharger. It's also used by the British Army and operated by SAS in the Special Forces, and is also used in Japan, among other countries. Its main gun is a 12.7mm heavy machine gun. It can carry up to nine soldiers, their equipment, and supplies for up to three days. It's demonstrated its performance in Iraq, Syria and other locations.
This model kit from Dragon reproduces the Bushmaster's powerful and boxy style; the upper and lower parts of the hull are slide-molded for accuracy. The bull bar on the front expresses the strength unique to SAS specifications, and the 12.7mm in-vehicle machine gun is delicately molded; the roof hatch can be assembled opened or closed.
