Description
This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
The B-18B Bolo was a bomber used by the U.S., with a redesigned fuselage and the wings and engine of the DC-2 airliner. The B-18A was equipped with a search radar and MAD (magnetic detector) at the beginning of World War II, and 122 aircraft were refurbished as anti-submarine patrol aircraft, mainly used in the Caribbean.
This kit reproduces the anti-submarine patrol type with new parts (magnetic detector and nose radome). Photo-etched and resin parts are included, as are decals for 2 versions.
