The Aero Ae-45 is a twin-engine reciprocating engine civilian utility aircraft that first flew in 1947. It was the first post-war aircraft successfully manufactured in Czechoslovakia, with many of the 590 produced exported. The Czechoslovak military introduced it as the K-75, and in the late 1950s, an improved model, the Ae-45S, equipped with high-performance navigation equipment, was manufactured. In the early 1960s, the Ae-145 with a supercharged Avia M332 engine was produced.
