Pit-Road brings us their SkyWave 1/700 WWII Battle of Iwo Jima Operation Detachment set! Recreate the Battle of Iwo Jima (began February 19, 1945) with this set of models from Pit-Road! Contents of this set include:
- Medium-sized landing craft LSM, infantry landing craft LCI, tank landing craft LCT, LCT (R) landing boat with rocket launcher (x1 each)
- Tank landing ship LST-1 (x2)
- Vehicle personnel landing craft LCVP, amphitheater tracked vehicle LVT, 3/4-ton weapon carrier (x12 each)
- M4 Sherman tank (x16)
- 2-1/2 ton military truck (x32)
- Scenery paper base -- coast of Iwo Jima (18.5cm x 29cm)
All models are unassembled and unpainted.
