Aoshima's "Waterline" model-kit series of ships has now been renewed with more precision! The Akigumo, the 19th Kagero-class destroyer, which was long classified as a Yugumo-class destroyer, has now been made into a 1/700-scale model kit. The parts configuration focuses on the essential points, so it's simple and easy to assemble. The equipment parts such as main guns and torpedo tubes have been newly designed and verified. Slide molds are used to achieve precise and accurate molding; the following parts are renewed with new molds:
