Recreating the battleship Yamato, the last battleship of the Imperial Japanese Navy, as it was upon commissioning in December 1941.
The model accurately replicates the early features such as the hull before the portholes were closed, the rear of the bridge, and the masts.
Enjoy the original heavily armed appearance of the battleship Yamato, equipped with three 46cm triple gun turrets and four 15.5cm triple secondary gun turrets located at the front, rear, and mid-port and starboard sides of the bridge.

- The hull is newly crafted to represent the state before the portholes were closed at the time of commissioning
- The distinctive air intake vents located below the 5th and 6th anti-aircraft guns and the portholes on the side walls of the bridge structure are also replicated for commissioning
- The characteristic bridge mast and jib crane mast are recreated in their commissioning state
- The 15m rangefinder on top of the bridge is depicted with the hood open
- Comes with a display stand for the full hull model
