The Mogami-class multi-function mine warfare frigate, designated 30FFM, is a cutting-edge escort ship specialized for advanced minesweeping missions, equipped with mine countermeasure sonar, autonomous underwater mine detectors (UUVs), and mine-clearing unmanned surface vehicles (USVs). The lead ship, Mogami, was commissioned in April 2022, and is part of the Escort Fleet Escort Division 11, based on Yokosuka. The hull, deck walkways, landing markings, and small parts are pre-painted, so all you need to do is assemble and apply decals.

• This kit can be built as a waterline or full-hull version.
• Partial hatches can be opened or closed.
