This is an injection-plastic ship model kit.
The Bismarck, completed in 1940, was supposed to be the main battleship of the German Navy of the same type as the Tirpitz, but it was introduced to the Line Exercise Operation in May 1941, and was part of the first team to receive a concentrated attack by the main force of the Royal Navy. However, in this naval battle, the British battleship Hood was sunk, and the Bismarck would be remembered for a long time.
This kit can be built as either the Bismarck or the Tirpitz; photo-etched parts are included for radar, catapults and other accessories. Includes two Arad Ar196A aircraft, as well as additional photo-etched parts for flags, flagpoles and a ship's nameplate. Can be built as a full-hull or waterline model; will be approximately 35.7cm long when completed.
