This is a resin or white metal ship model kit.

Built by Vickers at Barrow-in-Furness, United Kingdom, the Sao Paulo was one of two Minas Geraes-class battleships ordered by the Brazilian Navy during the early 20th century. The Sao Paulo served dutifully for a number of years and saw numerous refits and upgrades over that period. She sank during a storm at sea in 1951 while on her way to being towed to England for scrapping.

Thanks to the Japanese resin kit maker Fairy Kikaku you will now be able to build your own in 1/700th scale!
