This is a fixed-pose model of a ship.
This is a completed and painted model of the Japanese battleship "Yamato" in Kikusui No. 1 operation paint scheme and waterline specification. The model comes with a sea surface diorama base and can be enjoyed as is in a window package. The box is made of ABS resin frame for strength. The nameplate of "Yamato" that can be connected to the base is included. The model features meticulous paint and ultra-precise tampon printing. It also has a realistic weathering finish that is a trademark of the Metal Plated series. The lower part of the hull (red-brown part) is made of die-cast metal for added weight. The hull has four roller bearings embedded in the bottom surface, allowing it to be lightly pushed and slid with a finger. The main and secondary gun turrets can rotate left and right, and the main gun barrels can move independently. The secondary guns can move in unison in groups of three. Two onboard aircraft come with the model, and the catapult and crane can move. The model and base are easy to detach and store with a peg fixing method that simply rotates.
The model is approximately 37.5cm in length and weighs about 275g. It is made of ABS, PS, die-cast, PVC, and other materials. This completed model is intended for ages 15 and up, and the polypropylene sleeve is for protection and is not part of the product.
