This is a fully completed and painted figure.

Lorna (or Rouna, as it's spelled on the packaging) from "Shining Hearts" has a sweet maid-uniform-style bikini on, complete with an apron and a ruffly headpiece, and she's eager to hit the waves! Her fox ears and fluffy tail are in full view, and you can display her with or without the apron. She's about 27cm tall, and comes with a beach-themed base complete with waves, seashells and a starfish.
