This year marks the 30th anniversary of the legendary manga Initial D.
AUTOart now brings the iconic AE86 Trueno driven by the protagonist, Takumi Fujiwara, to 1/64 scale.
Using 3D scanning data from the real vehicle and extensive reference material from the manga, the model is faithfully recreated with meticulous attention to both the real-life details and the comic-specific features.
As with the highly praised 1/18 scale version, the differences between the original early-spec model and the fully tuned "Project D Final Version" from the final stage are accurately represented.
Despite its small scale, both versions maintain realistic proportions and feature functional retractable headlights.
