The "MC12" variation has arrived. Initially named "MCC" (Maserati Corse Competizione), it was later renamed "MC12" and unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2004, coinciding with Maserati's 90th anniversary.
This model marked Maserati's return to mid-engine cars after a 21-year hiatus since the Merak, which ceased production in 1983. The body color is blue metallic.
