The Mitsubishi Fuso Aero Star series, manufactured by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus, has been a long-selling large route bus active nationwide since its launch in 1984.
The MP38 series with its powerful front mask appeared in 2014.
Like its predecessor MP37, it is designed based on a one-step bus steel frame, making it taller than other non-step buses. A distinct feature is the difference in window height before and after the middle door.
In TLV-NEO, the short-body version of the Aero Star MP38 series is newly molded from scratch.

The first release reproduces the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation (Toei Bus) 100th anniversary wrapped bus.
The model is based on vehicle number G714, which was active from 1982 to 2013 and featured a cream body with a wide green band called the "Knuckle Line" (as of December 2024).
TLV-NEO expresses the characteristic coloring as well as the front symbolic mark with hot stamping.
Side windows are finished with smoke glass close to the actual vehicle.
