The "Daitokai" series starring Tetsuya Watari was the first full-scale TV drama produced by Ishihara Promotion.
The first series, "Daitokai - The Days of Struggle" started in 1976, portrayed detectives carefully in a social drama style without action.
However, as the series progressed with "PART II" in 1977 and "PART III" in 1978, entertainment elements like car chases increased, forming the basis for the later "Seibu Keisatsu" series.

The TLV-NEO line now expands the "Daitokai" series.
This release features two cars from PART III, Episode 40 "Testimony of Doctor Munakata."
It reproduces the President driven by Dr. Munakata (played by Yujiro Ishihara) and the Gloria trying to push the President towards the railroad crossing from behind.
