This is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item.

The AV-98 Ingram Reactive Armor from "Mobile Police Patlabor 2: The Movie" returns to the "MODEROID" model-kit series from Good Smile Company! This kit includes the heads of Units 1, 2, and 3 from the film, so the kit can be built as any of the three; decals for their markings are included too. In addition to the normal head for Unit 3, an additional head with an ECM pod deployed is included for electronic warfare, as well as a cover to protect the main camera, which can be displayed open or closed. A revolver cannon, long and short stun sticks, and a riot gun are included too.

This kit also comes with parts to build the basic Ingram body (used as an experimental version for data collection) in addition to the Reactive Armor version. Units 1, 2, and 3 can also be built in their bare states by using the chest parts with the rising sun emblem removed, and the included shoulder parts without siren lights.

WXIII glove parts are also included as a bonus; they can be used with the MODEROID AV-98 Ingram (sold separately), or the head parts and Special Vehicle Section 2 emblem decal included with this kit to create Unit 1 and Unit 2's appearance from the third film. 

)This model kit can build into either the Reactive Armor-equipped Ingram, or the basic Ingram body. The kit is a combination of parts from the MODEROID AV-98 Ingram and new parts; it is not possible to build the standard-equipment AV-98 Ingram with this kit.)
