Reissue of Kawai's Green Hobby series 1/60 boat house from Microace.
This kit comes with its own real grass--a mixture of timothy and clover! Wet the kit's mat, sprinkle it with the provided seeds, keep it moist, and soon you'll have a small patch of grass. It won't last forever, of course, but you may be able to find replacement mats at your local gardening store.
