This figure has been completely supervised by Nobotatsu Ito, the art director and monster designer of "Silent Hill 2"! With a long spear in one hand, Red Pyramid Thing stands very similarly to the figure shown in the painting; the gore dried and crusted on the pyramid and spear is painstakingly made to be as realistic as possible.
