Powering a Legend

With its low handlebar and forward-leaning rider position, the Honda CB750F captured the attention of the Japanese public immediately upon its release in 1979. Its air-cooled DOHC 16-valve inline-4 engine was boosted to 70hp in a minor update in April 1981, at the same time as the addition of air shocks. At its peak, the CB750F was one of the leaders in the Japanese 750cc class, and now the engine at the heart of that motorcycle masterpiece is available as a detailed 1/6 scale kit.

About the Model

• This is a 1/6 scale plastic model assembly kit recreating the 748cc DOHC 4-cylinder air-cooled engine from Honda motorcycles such as the legendary CB750F.
• Informative, highly detailed recreation includes depictions of the exhaust system, air cleaner, and rear swing arm with chain drive, as well as numerous parts from small bolts to major components such as the complex cylinder head cover and quadruple carburetors.
• Parts are molded in black plastic, with chrome and matte plated components included.
• Comes with vinyl tubing to recreate breather hoses and oil lines.
• Model is screw-fixed to the included stand. A sticker with specifications and data is also included.
