Very sharply done 12-inch action doll of Detective Soutarou Tatsumi, from Japan's over-the-top cop-show classic "Seibu Keisatsu." He comes dressed in his faux-leather pants and jacket, and in the box with him are his sunglasses, rifle, two revolvers, two holsters, his radio and book, as well as two bare hands.
