Caterpillar's construction equipment, active at construction sites around the world, has continued to evolve with improvements throughout its long history. Looking back on that history, Diecast Masters' "Vintage Series" spotlights and models the machines that created the foundation of the lineup that continues today. Each model in this series is sold in a flip-type box, and a metal card is also included.

One of Caterpillar's most long-running construction machines is the D7C bulldozer. The D7 series was born in 1935, and has evolved many times since then. It was used for military purposes in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. The D7C appeared in 1955. It was equipped with a Caterpillar D339 four-cylinder Diesel engine; eventually it was equipped with a turbocharger, an oil-cooling steering clutch and brakes; it was highly rated for its durability, and was produced until 1955.

The style and mechanism of the classic D7C bulldozer are reproduced in detail in this completed die-cast display model; the lift cylinder, tilt cylinder and blade shape are all accurately modeled. The blade can move up, down, left and right, and the driver's seat is also modeled in detail; a driver figure is included. The bulldozer is painted Caterpillar's familiar shade of yellow; the base of the model is mirror-treated for a luxurious look, and a collector card is included too. Order yours today!
