Platz brings us a nicely detailed model kit of the MiG-23 Flogger! The model, which uses parts by Italeri, reproduces the MiG-23BN Frogger H combat bomber type, with the shape of the front nose cone, different from the MF type, firmly reproduced. The variable wings can be opened and closed after completion, and sharply detailed panel lines add to the overall impression of reality. The large ventral fins attached to the lower part of the rear of the fuselage, an identifying feature of the Frogger, can be assembled in landed or flight form. The mechanical details of the cockpit and landing gear are all carefully reproduced as well.
