The MQ-9 Reaper is a military unmanned aerial vehicle developed by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. It's based on the RQ-1 Predator B drone. The MQ-9 Reaper is a hunter-killer drone with a long cruising range and high surveillance and attack capabilities, and it can be equipped with bombs and missiles on the hard points of both wings. It has been used by the U.S. Air Force since 2007, and is also in use by the air forces of other countries; U.S. Customs and Border Patrol uses an unarmed version called Guardian as a patrol aircraft, and NASA operates an unarmed version known as Altair for research purposes.
Kinetic's kit of the MQ-9 Reaper was previously released under the Skunk Model Workshop brand; this version comes with new decals and new packaging. It comes with four Hellfire missiles and two GBU-12 bombs, as well as decals by Cartograf for eight versions (U.S. Air Force x 2, UK, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Australian Air Force).
