This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
The Kyushu J7W1 Shinden was a uniquely designed fighter aircraft, with its wings mounted at the rear of the fuselage, a nose-mounted canard wing, and a pusher engine. It was intended for use as a short-range land-based interceptor, but only two prototypes were built, and it never entered production or saw combat. This "what if" model kit from Hasegawa comes with markings for two versions: Japanese Navy 302nd Navy Air Corps machine "Yo-D-106" from 1946, and a German Air Force version known as "Red 13" from 1946.
