This is a resin detail parts set for use with military vehicle kits.
This is the Bridge Hobby 1/48 Berlin Street Lamp "Speerleuchte."
The Speerleuchte was a street lamp designed by Albert Speer, the chief planner of the Berlin reconstruction project "Germania Plan" conceived in the 1930s.
Installed in 1938, a few of these lamps still exist today, continuing to illuminate the streets of Berlin while undergoing modernization.
