On July 19, 1969, the Apollo 11 lunar mission reached orbit of the Moon, and on the following day, the lunar lander Eagle landed on the Moon, allowing mankind to set foot on another world for the very first time. The Eagle was supported in its mission by the command ship Columbia, and this kit allows you to build replicas of each of these historic spacecraft. All of the details of each ship are realistically represented, such as the reaction thrusters, engine nozzles, the landing gear, and various antennas.
