This is an injection-plastic airliner model kit.
Avis brings us their 1/48 Annular Monoplane-3 Lee-Richards scale model aircraft! This kit is an entirely new mold, and its production is limited to 500 pieces!
In 1910, Cedric Lee purchased a patent for a circular aircraft; he built one together with Tillman Richards, and flight tests were performed in 1911. Unit 3 flew for the first time in 1914, and it was rated as stable and easy to maneuver; it had two seats and was powered by a Nome Lambda 7-cylinder 80hp air-cooled engine. By making its wings smaller in width than the wings on an aircraft of more conventional design, it was possible to give this aircraft a longer fuselage than was thought possible at the time.
This kit will be approximately 14.7cm long when completed. It comes molded in gray. Order yours today!
