This is a posable action figure of a character from science-fiction/anime.

This excellent Actic Gear Pailsen Files set pairs up Chirico's Scopedog ISS Turbo Custom with a speedy Armored Trooper transport vehicle, the Dog Carrier! Based on its design in the "Armored Trooper Votoms: Pailsen Files" OVA series and just 9cm tall to the tip of its antenna, this Scopedog features sharp mechanical detail with well-articulated joints and can be posed in down form. It is equipped with a new type of mission pack that has a gyro balancer attachment, along with a heavy machine gun and missile pod. Other accessories include a pilot figure, optional hands, and a display nameplate. The AT can be docked on the Dog Carrier when in down form, and the transport vehicle can also carry another same-scale AT figure on the back.
