This is a fully completed and painted figure.

From the Good Smile Company website:

A 1/4th scale figure from Tony's illustration series, "Tony's Bunny Sisters". Miya Usami is the younger of the Usami sisters that still has a bit of an innocent side. She has been sculpted with an embarrassed look on her face as her body's impressive curves are shown off by the black bunny girl outfit, red skirt and net tights that give her a rather devilish appearance.

Her older sister Miyuki Usami will be on sale separately, and the two figures are designed to be displayed together to more faithfully recreate the scene from the original illustration (certain parts are interchangeable).
