This is an injection-plastic ship model kit.
From the Trumpeter website:
The French Toulon shipyard began building "Tsesarevich" in May 1899. The huge battleship was built according to the latest ship standard: a design standard displacement of 12,912 tons, 20 coal-fired boilers, power 16 500-horsepower, maximum speed of about 18, 304mm gun; all in all its beautiful appearance combined with its first-class firepower and protection made it a worthy crown prince of higher status warships.
Parts come molded in gray. Includes photo-etched parts and decals.
