This is a set of injection-plastic detailing parts for use with ship models.
The Japanese Navy destroyer Yukikaze was commissioned in 1940. The Pacific War broke out the following year, and the ship was deployed from east to west, participating in numerous operations and naval battles. While other ships of the same class were lost one after another, the Yukikaze suffered no major damage and survived the Battle of Cape Bo (a surface kamikaze attack by the battleship Yamato) at the end of the war, earning it the nickname "lucky ship." After the war, the ship was used by the Republic of China Navy after being used for demobilization work, making it a destroyer with many anecdotes.
This set from Fine Molds brings us a large assortment of ultra-precise plastic detail-up parts from the Nano Dread series, as well as brass lathed parts. They've selected and assembled the parts necessary to recreate the Yukikaze's appearance after the Battle of Leyte Gulf in 1944. The Nano Dread series is made of plastic, so it is easy to work with because you can use the same adhesives and paints used for plastic models. Includes the following:
