This is an injection-plastic ship model kit.
Famous for sinking the US aircraft carrier Wasp during the Guadalcanal campaign in 1942, the aircraft carrying Japanese submarine I-19 is now coming to naval modelers as a fantastic 1/350-scale kit! The I-19 can be modeled full-hull or waterline, and includes a very detailed Type Zero floatplane scout aircraft. The finished I-19 will measure 31cm long (a little over one foot) when assembled. Be sure not to miss the great photo-etched detail parts sets, sold separately and listed below! Includes exploded-view pictorial-type instructions, with some notes in Japanese, and with color callouts in Chinease, English, French, German, and Japanese.
