Description

This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.


The XM2001 Crusader was developed after the M109A6 went into production as the successor to the M109 155mm self-propelled howitzer, and a prototype vehicle was completed in 2000.

The vehicle was then made lighter so that it could be transported by C-17 transport aircraft.

The vehicle is equipped with Vetronics, an electronic system incorporated to streamline the vehicle's combat operations. The unmanned turret has an automatic loading system and has a range of up to 40 km, with a maximum range of up to 100 km when using extended-range ammunition.

The fire control system is highly electronic and has MRSI (multiple rounds simultaneous impact) capability.
