Description
This is a resin-cast figure or figure set for use with military dioramas or individual display.
This figure represents a soldier from the U.S. Army 2nd Infantry Division, who fought valiantly during the Western Front of World War II, including the Normandy landings and the Battle of the Bulge. The figure is modeled with the soldier standing, holding an M1 rifle in his right hand, and pointing with his left hand. The soldier is dressed in standard infantry gear, including a field jacket, wool trousers, leggings, and ankle boots.
The dynamic and natural pose is complemented by realistic details such as a shoulder bandolier, a gas mask bag serving as a substitute for a satchel, a magazine belt around the waist, a shovel, and a canteen. The head comes with an optional choice of camouflage netting on the helmet or without.
