This is a resin-cast figure or figure set for use with military dioramas or individual display.
The T-70, which had improved armor and firepower from the T-60, was a success as a light tank, but it was deployed to break through the front line, which was not its original mission, due to the shortage of tanks in the German-Soviet war, and suffered losses.
Production of the T-70 ended in 1943, but it remained in service until the end of the war.
This 1/35 scale kit depicts a Soviet tanker riding in the T-70 on his way to the battlefield.
The motif of this kit is a set of a tank commander who is both a pilot and a gunner, wearing the field uniform issued to him in the summer.
This is a great figure set with excellent detail and reproduction of natural poses.
