This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
In World War II, the German Army developed and deployed a light tank destroyer, the Hetzer, using components of the Czech 38(t) tank. It had been produced and operated since 1944, with several variations made. One of them is the powerful Type 38 Reconnaissance Tank. It used the hull of an open-top recovery vehicle and was equipped with a 24-caliber 7.5cm gun K51. It was prototyped by Auto Union for use on the Eastern Front, then taken over by the Czech company BMM and completed in September 1944. Tests were conducted, but it never advanced past the prototype stage and was never mass-produced.
Dragon brings us a detailed 1/35-scale model kit of the World War II German Army Type 378 reconnaissance tan equipped with a 7.5cm K51 gun, based on the Hetzer body! The open-top battle compartment has a special slide-molded upper part that makes the unique body shape firmly three-dimensional. A storage box, driver's vision port, and headlights are on the front of the vehicle; a case that can be attached to the vehicle's side armor is also included. The 24-caliber 7.5cm gun K51 is mechanical down to the smallest detail, from the gun barrel to the gun mount. Photo-etched parts for the exhaust pipe at the rear of the car body add detail; the tracks are NEO tracks that are partially connected and assembled. Four bonus tank soldier figures are also included! Place your order today!
