About the real vehicle:
During World War II, the German army, emphasizing mobility, developed numerous wheeled armored vehicles. One of these was the Sd.Kfz.234. The chassis, designed for excellent off-road capability, featured a sophisticated mechanism with 8-wheel drive, independent suspension for all wheels, and 8-wheel steering. It was equipped with a V-type 12-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine, achieving a top speed of 80 km/h. Several variant types were produced based on this highly mobile chassis. Among them, the Sd.Kfz.234/3 mounted a short-barreled 7.5cm howitzer on an open-top chassis. It is said that 88 units were produced from mid-1944 to the end of 1944.

This model is a plastic assembly kit that replicates one of the unique armored reconnaissance vehicles of the German army during World War II, the Sd.Kfz.234/3, a variant equipped with a short-barreled 7.5cm gun, in 1/35 scale. This set features rubber tires to enhance the realism of the completed model. Additionally, it includes newly designed decals. The distinctive style, characterized by the complex mechanism of 8-wheel drive, 8-wheel steering, and 8-wheel independent suspension, promises an enjoyable mechanical finish. The recreation of the suspension arms and linkages on the underside of the chassis is quite impressive. Furthermore, the chassis design is accurately modeled, faithfully reflecting its unique shape.
