This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
During World War II, the railroad network that stretched across Europe continued to play an important role in transporting equipment and supplies. The Allied forces confronting the German Army and the partisans who cooperated with it attacked and sabotaged the railway network as often as they could. To counteract this, Germany developed and ran various armored trains to protect the railroad network. One of them was the heavy armored reconnaissance train developed by Steyr Daimler. Armored trains consisted of vehicles with various types of armaments and equipment; one of these was an infantry carrier. It was equipped with a machine gun and an 8cm grenade launcher. Armored reconnaissance trains were produced from 1943 to 1945.
This kit from Dragon accurately reproduces the trapezoidal shape of the armored personnel carrier's hull, as well as each detail. The in-vehicle tools and turret includes searchlights; the machine gun hatches can be assembled with the gun deployed or stored. A base with railroad tracks is included. Order yours today!
