The CCKW is a 2.5-ton class six-wheel-drive military truck developed in the U.S. during World War II, and the CCKW-352 is a short wheelbase type. The M2A1 105mm howitzer is an improved version of the M2 105mm howitzer, which was standardized in 1927 with an improved breech plug, and was standardized in 1940 with further improvements to the gun carriage and breech ring.
