This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.


The T-28 super heavy tank that excited AFV fans has been renewed and is now available!

About the actual vehicle:

In the latter half of World War II, the military, planning a large-scale counterinsurgency campaign against continental Europe, promoted the development of new heavy tanks with both powerful firepower and heavy armor to strike the long fortification line known as the "Siegfried Line."

The T-28 developed by the U.S. Army was a vehicle without a swivel turret, with a low silhouette enclosed fighting compartment, mounted with a long-barreled 105mm tank gun T5E1, and fortified with a thick armor thickness of 300mm maximum.

In order to support the nearly 90-ton weight of the huge 7.5-meter-long, 4.4-meter-wide vehicle, the running gear was double-rowed on both sides, and the outer running gear could be removed for transportation.
It was larger than the A39 Tortoise Assault Tank being developed by the British Army at the time, and was truly worthy of the name "super heavy tank.

Although it was only a prototype and was never mass-produced, its massive, dignified appearance remains attractive to this day.
