Description

This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

The Type 1 medium tank (Chi-He) was developed as the Imperial Japanese Army's main battle tank, following the Type 97 medium tank (Chi-Ha). Based on the Type 97 medium tank, the body assembly was changed from a structure that mainly used rivets to a structure that made heavy use of welding, and the armor thickness was increased from a maximum of 25mm to 50mm. The engine was also upgraded from the previous 170hp to 240hp, and it was equipped with a Type 1 47mm tank gun.

• The tracks are made of plastic and are assembled using glue, allowing a realistic reproduction of sagging.
• The breech of the main gun is also reproduced.
• Decals are included for seven different vehicles deployed within the country.
