Description
This is a resin-cast figure or figure set for use with military dioramas or individual display.
This set of five resin figures depicts four German drop-hunters gathered in a BMW R75 sidecar on the Italian front in 1943-44 during World War II, and a Catholic priest helping them find their route and enemy positions.
Got mit Uns (God is with us) is a slogan taken from a passage in the New Testament, a traditional phrase used by German knights since the 12th century.
Even in World War II, it was written on the belt buckles of Wehrmacht soldiers...
This set is a combination of DD352511/35 WWII German Catholic Priest and Dropper (2pcs) and DD35255 1/35 WWII German Dropper on Sidecar Set Italy 1943-44/Tunisia 1943 (3pcs), which are slightly cheaper than the individual sets of each. This set is a little more economical than the individual pieces.
