This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

The fighting vehicles that took part in World War II tried to strengthen their armor using various methods in order to counter the power of guns whose performance was increasing day by day. This was a problem faced by both German and Allied vehicles. Some tried to compensate by attaching sandbags or logs to the hull to strengthen the armor; another way was to use a layer of concrete. The German Army's No. III assault gun had a concrete-armor-mounted type. The concrete armor mounted to the front of the battle room was not considered to be significant, but it may have been effective in increasing the psychological reassurance of the occupants. In addition, since 1943, Zimmerit coating had been applied to the hull of the No. III assault gun as a response to porcelain adsorption land mines. Using the body of the Panzer III, the low, sharp style of the Sturmgeschutz III with its main gun mounted to a fixed battle room was even more powerful.

This model kit of the final production G type of the German Army's No. III assault gun of World War II includes concrete armor attached to the front. Prefabricated Magic Tracks are included. The hull of the assault gun is realistically expressed, including its concrete armor, shape and texture. The Zimmerit coating applied to the hull to deal with magnetically attracted land mines is also reproduced, further enhancing the unique finish.
